Hello, I am Bridget
A quiet guide for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves
I’ve always been drawn to stories, poems, learning; to the places where nature meets inner life — the fallen leaves on a forest path, the calm of being by the ocean, the soft steadiness that comes when we finally pause.

My years of experience in corporate Human Resources & Leadership Development Public Sector environments have taught me how to hold space, guide reflection, and help people feel seen.

Alongside this the ups and downs of my own life have taken me on my own reconnection journey.
​
Today, my work blends coaching, mindful photography, reading, writing, and nature connection.

I work slowly, intentionally, and intuitively, helping each woman find her own pace.

My promise: This is a space to breathe, pause, and notice. No pressure, no perfection — just a steady presence and gentle guidance.
